Delete Account & Data
Lyvio gives you a self-service way to delete your account and associated data. The fastest method is inside the app, and we also provide a support email path if you cannot sign in.
Self-service deletion in the app
- Open the Lyvio app and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the warning that explains the deletion is permanent.
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove your account and data.
This is the preferred and fastest route for users who still have access to their account.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, Lyvio removes your account data from our active systems, including:
- Your profile and account records, including username, email address, profile photo, and user ID.
- Your public profile data and username reservation.
- Your posts, stories, comments, reactions, and related content.
- Your direct messages, conversation data, friend connections, and friend requests.
- Your notifications, blocked users, saved post references, and custom LyvioMojis.
- Your uploaded media files stored with the account.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What may be retained
We do not keep deleted account content in active production systems after deletion is completed. We may retain only limited records that are necessary to complete the request, meet legal obligations, or protect the service from abuse or fraud. Any email-based deletion request is processed within 72 hours.
